        Lidia Alé
Barcelona, 1967
Diploma in Business Administration (EADA-ODE, 1989) and Tourism (Centre d´Estudis Turistics Aplicats, 1988)
     
    Began her professional career working as a travel agent for Viatges Ecuador in 1987, later going on to manage a business service office devoted to organising congresses, conventions and incentive trips.

Entered the property and development business in 1993 as the head of management and administration and new business for the CTH Group, made up of five companies (three building companies, an engineering firm and an estate agency).

Joined ERF in 2001, taking over the administrative and secretarial side of the firm.
